Walking along the sidewalk in a neighborhood of Homewood in Illinois in the American Midwest, I found these unique tulips to be very intriguing. Standing tall all alone, as if they have most confidence.

I first set eyes on these beauties in the Keukenhof Gardens in Holland. Were they growing wild or had somebody planted them? They stand out beautifully against the vibrant green.
