Beautiful flowers! When our heart is filled with anger, we cut ourselves off from the Holy Spirit, represented here by an impassable barrier. Forgiveness is key. Jesus taught us how to pray in The Sermon On The Mount and in His model prayer, He stated that, if we want to be forgiven for our trespasses or sins, then we have to be willing to forgive those who trespass against us. Obviously this is not easy, but it is a recurring challenge in our mortal lives and, if we aspire to enter into God's presence, then we have got to leave judgement in His hands and forgive. Otherwise we put ourselves in a spiritually vulnerable position, which Satan will not hesitate to exploit. As I have got older, I have had to shed baggage that I had been carrying around for decades and I feel much better for doing so.

Frank J Casella replied:

Amen to that Kathryn ... seven times seven is the forgiveness goal right!
