As you may know, the Catholic Church is in the Year of Saint Joseph, and this concentration has brought two elements of clarity for me about this Saint.

First that he was a man of few words, but, rather spoke through his actions.

Second, he was chosen for an enormous responsibility from God to be the provider and protector of Mary, and then Jesus.

The Bible doesn't say much about Joseph, but what it says is powerful if you really study it.

St. Joseph was a man who understood the "why" of Mary, the Mother of Jesus, and her 'Yes" to God to be that her womb is known as the first tabernacle of Jesus.

In the Gospels it tells us to love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, and soul. And to love your neighbor as yourself, through Mercy.

St. Joseph did just that!
