Hometown America

As we celebrate the Declaration of Independence in America for 2013, I was inspired to create this fine art photograph of two houses with an American Flag mounted on each front porch. It reminds me of the freedoms we have, that we can express in this way our allegiance and loyalty to our great country. I created this in black and white to depict this common scene that you will find no matter what street or neighborhood you may journey across this great land of ours.

I visualize this image not only on greeting cards, but on the wall in a home office or library. It is a good reminder of days gone by, back home growing up, that some things still never change. One Nation Under God, with Liberty, and Justice for All.
