Cropping Prints To Standard Sizes

Effective immediately, you can now order your Frank J Casella prints cropped to standard sizes, such as:

8" x 10"
11" x 14"
24" x 36"
etc...



Before today, you were stuck with some very strange-looking print sizes which maintained the aspect ratio of my images

The sizes are:

5.500" x 8.000"
6.875" x 10.000"
8.250" x 12.000"
9.625" x 14.000"
11.000" x 16.000"
etc...



As you can see, they're all very strange sizes. This causes two major problems:

1. Since the prints aren't standard sizes, you can't put them into frames that you bought from the store or existing frames that you have in your home.

2. It's very difficult to order two or more Casella prints at exactly the same size. This makes it extremely frustrating to put together multi-print orders.


To solve this problem, you'll now see some additional options on the "Size" tab on the print pages.

Here are the primary benefits to allowing you to crop to standard sizes:

A. Most of you are more comfortable seeing standard sizes. It's easier for you to understand the sizes, visualize them in your homes, and visualize them next to existing items in your homes.

B. It makes it much easier for you to purchase multiple Casella prints at the same size.

C. It makes it much easier for you to incorporate Casella prints into "gallery wall" configurations. For example... "I want to put one 24" x 36" print next to two 18" x 18" prints."

D. It makes it much easier for those of you who are large-volume buyers (e.g. hotel designers, etc.) to mix and match Casella prints with same-size prints from other artists on FAA / PIXELS.
